We build this villa for a perfect family holiday.
Villa Vrbnik ground floor is an open space area measuring 180 sqm. It has a specious and modern living concept with a lot of light and sea view. It was built with a lot of love and care for every single detail, to fit perfectly in surroundings area and with everything you need nowadays in modern life.
The living room sitting area is furnished with a cozy leather sofa and 140 cm LCD TV, cable and satellite channels, children’s, live sports, discovery, natgeo etc., per-per-view movies, a stereo system with outdoor speakers, a DVD player and you can also plug your mobile phone or tablet into the stereo and play your favorite charts. You can also find several games for children, playing cards and toys.
The dining room table is in the middle of the ground floor steps away from the pool and with the sea view. You can also find a tablecloth and candles.
The desk and a small library are in the corner with wired fast internet connection. You can also find local maps and brochures to explore the surroundings area.
The kitchen area measures 30 sqm with everything you may need to prepare a great meal. There are two high chairs and a kitchen table for a quick snack. The villa kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, a deep freeze, an ice machine, a dishwasher (with tabs), a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a grill toaster, a blender, a hand blender, a water kettle, complete cookware and utensils, basic ingredients… There are also filter coffee and illy espresso coffee machines in the kitchen for making perfect coffee of your choice in the morning to start your day. There is no better place to enjoy morning coffee then on the villa sundeck terrace by the pool with a panoramic view.
Wine bar measures 30 sqm on the ground floor area offering a selection of Croatian and local finest wines from small, family good wine makes. We offer red, white and sparkling wines from the island Krk and from Plešivica – a continental wine region near Zagreb. There is a special selection of local, famous, white wine – Vrbnička Žlahtina. You can also find a selection of homemade brandies and cigar humidor. Please notice that smoking is allowed only outdoors.
Wi-Fi is free in all areas.
